the work on this mural began on april 14, 2008. for the begining stages of this work i have a helper in the prep of the walls and installation of wooden tongue and groove border along the base stopping at the four foot level. the mural will begin at that height and continue to the ceiling. in total the finished mural will be 109 linear feet by 5 and 1/2 feet . i will be updating the photos as the work progresses. i hope you will enjoy the process as i move along on this project.

interesting things have occured during the painting of this mural. i have added standing stones that surprisingly have added a whole new dimension and unique energy to the project. they encircle the largest open area and are seven in number, sitting between the waterfall and large open savanna, aligning the sun and moon through the center.
the mural is finished ! i will be letting the paint rest for a few weeks , then stain the tongue and groove border and clear coat the walls and install the trim edge along the top of the wood , giving it a full frame look. there is interest in continuing work at the chiropractic center ( extending the mural into the main lobby) and other creative restructuring so stay tuned for future updates. p.s. there are eleven hidden pictures within the mural.......happy hunting!......d. stone
